What people usually ask.

What happens if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. The dashboard becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything of yours, but you cannot create new appointments and your booking link closes. If you have not come back within 90 days, we email you first, and only then is it deleted.

Is there a mobile app?

Coming soon to Google Play. For now Hueco opens in your phone’s browser and can be pinned to the home screen, so it is used just like an app.

Does it send WhatsApp messages on its own?

No, and it is worth saying plainly: Hueco opens WhatsApp with the message written and the recipient filled in, but you press send. Sending automatically is only possible through the WhatsApp Business API, which needs Meta’s approval and charges per conversation.

Can I share the calendar with my team?

Yes, and there is no per-seat charge: as many users as you need, inside the same €3. Each person is invited by email and chooses their own password — you never see it and never set it. Two things worth knowing first: the calendar and the contacts are shared (whoever joins sees every appointment and every contact of the business, not just their own), and one email belongs to one calendar, so anyone working in two places that use Hueco needs one address for each. Anything that is yours — the doctor, a lunch — goes in as a personal event, and nobody else sees it. One single person holds the account: they pay, they invite, they can close it, and they can hand it over to someone else whenever they want.

Do I have to be a business?

No. Hueco works just as well for your work appointments as for your own diary. If you do not want anyone booking you, simply never hand out a link.

What about my data?

It lives on a server in Europe and it is yours: you can export it whenever you like, even with an expired subscription. Hueco does not sell data and carries no advertising.

What language is the app in?

The dashboard and the booking page are in Spanish today. This page is in English so you can decide before signing up, rather than finding out afterwards.
